3. Account Registration

To use SendMyLove, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4.2 Subscription Fees

After your free trial, you will be charged $5.00 USD per month. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Money-Back Guarantee.

4.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SendMyLove within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first 30 days as a paying subscriber.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then.

You may copy and send the messages to your spouse, but you may not:

• Create derivative works based on our content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SendMyLove is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• The service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendMyLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
